When we brought in our second dog (Jasper), our younger cat (Theo) was scared of him and acted like prey. He spent most of the day in the bathroom.

Before we joined the Club, we had worked on Jasper’s training with in-person group training and then private training, and had tried desensitization to the cats.

I found Naomi through her podcast, and she’s the only trainer I've come across that integrates both the cat and dog perspective. She gives positive, easy-to-follow coaching and we can work through things at our own, very manageable pace - the process has been relatively easy!

Naomi answers questions quickly and makes sure you are on track. She remembers everyone's names (people and their cats and dogs) and always is able to provide advice for any situation we throw at her.

Since we started working with Naomi, we now have confidence that our dog can be positively reinforced for the behaviors we want. We got our funny, sweet cat to come out of the shell he's been in since we brought home the dog.
